Session Details & Booking Requirements

  • ​📅 Event Requests: Must be submitted at least 60 days in advance for review and approval.

  • 🕒 Session Duration:

  • Introductory Seminars/Discussions – 45-90 minutes per session

  • 3-Day Boot Camp – 120 minutes per session

  • 📄 Materials: A PDF seminar brochure & worksheets will be provided if needed. (Workbooks can be purchased separately.)

  • 🔒 Privacy & Security: All seminars adhere to the highest standards for environmental safety, privacy, and security to ensure a safe and productive learning experience.

  • 📌 All event bookings require a minimum $450 non-refundable booking fee. Pricing depends on audience size, availability, location, materials, and attendees.

  • 📌 Note: Prices do not include technology or workbooks and may vary based on audience size, location, and topic.

  • 💡 Non-Profit Organizations: May be eligible for partial sponsorship upon submission and approval of a Seminar Fee Waiver Request Form (available upon request).

  • Our group events are not intended for mental health treatment or therapy support. They are designed for educational, organizational wellness, and community engagement purposes only.
